Full Circle Birth is a 4 week online course that uses a unique blend of live and prerecorded modules, facilitated by a passionate and experienced childbirth educator ..... all in the comfort of your own home.

Explore what you need to do to get this baby out, what it means to go with the flow, how to handle the pain effectively and how to know what to do when the time comes.

Because closing your eyes and hoping for the best doesn't work.

But birth doesn't have to be scary.
